TERMS OF TRADING WITH BEAUTWISE
1. Payment
1.1 Payment in full is required before dispatch or collection of your order.
2. Products and Prices
2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.
2.2 You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch.
2.3 You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in pack multiples.
2.4 Specials and promoitons are subject to the terms and conditions as stated at the time of promotion. Specials and promotion only validated at the specified time.
2.5 All prices are listed per item inclusive of GST. GST total is shown per invoice.
3. Delivery and Handling
3.1 Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or by parcel post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. You have the option of arranging for collection of the goods, if, you are in the vicinity of appointed office. The BeautWise office is subject to relocate at any time without prior notice.
3.2 You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated. BeautWise Pty Ltd expressly reserves the right to amend your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that BeautWise Pty Ltd may debit your account accordingly.
3.3 You agree that freight charges automatically applied to your order may be varied depending on your delivery address. Delivery from the Brisbane to remote or international locations may incur additional charges.
3.4 Large items such as bulk orders may also incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate.
3.5 You or your agent must be at your delivery address to take delivery of goods. P.O. Box addresses can also be delivered to.
3.6 Goods shipped via courier must be checked for damage - prior to accepting delivery. We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left at your unattended delivery address.
3.7 Extra insurance is recommended and available at your discretion at the time of check out.
3.8 Responsibility and ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they are delivered to the carrier, regardless of the method of shipping. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the appropriate carrier.
3.9 Additions to orders may be treated as separate orders. You may receive a separate invoice; dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and processed.
3.10 Items not in stock at time of order but coming into stock shortly will be charged for at time of sale, placed on priority backorder, and delivered promptly once received in our warehouse.
Returns & Exchange
14-days Goods Returns
You may return products sold by beautwise.com.au no more than 14 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of beautwise.com.au.
Non-returnable items
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns if:
- Any product that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box, broken seal).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any discount, clearance or sales product that beautwise.com.au has already stated non-returnable.
- Any free gift product and samples.
- Any product that is purchased based on BeautWise records.
- In the event of dispute, all aspects shall be considered beautwise's decision shall be final.
Exchange policy
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures.
Return procedures
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
- Click Contact us and select "Online order -> Return & Exchange" from the enquiry type.
- We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you. Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the input box area.
- Pack the returned products along with a printed acknowledgement email from us securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
- Send the returning items by mail to: 1903/151 George Street Brisbane QLD 4000.
- All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery returns.
Refund policy
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive a refund nor returned to you. A written report will be provided for the verification determination of each case.
We do not refund original shipping and handling fees. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund. Change of mind refunds will incur a 25% restocking cost.
Refund timeline
A refund given in online cash credit form for each purchase refund made within 7 working days.
Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. And the rest credited back to your account for future purchases.
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for the cost is dependant on location, size and weight.
