1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be considered invalid.

2. Terms: Assets are where by pictures or 50 words as per 10b. And Winners must either surrender a copy of Beauty Feet™ purchase receipt or take pictures with the Beauty Feet™ box in order to redeem prizes

4. Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 years.

5. The promotion commences at midnight AEDST on 1^st September 2010 and entries close midnight AEDST on 31^st March 2011 ('promotion period').

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. The grand prize will be announced on 15^th April 2010 at 2.00pm AESTD. The winner will be notified by e-mail and telephone.

8. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 20^th May 2011 at 3.00pm AESTD subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. These prize winners' names will be published on our website & Facebook on 31^st May 2011.

9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Process of Entry:

• Entries will be tracked and managed via the competition web site, http://www.beautwise.com.au//gucci
• To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:
• a. Visit the Website, upload or submit a photo or text entry relating to Beauty Feet via the Web site; or
• b. Write 250 words to describe your Beauty Feet experience, and
• c. Fully complete and submit their details in the provided online form, including but not limited to email address, BeautWise Pty Ltd featured, personal and contact details.
• Assets should consist of 'experiences'or 'people'. If any person is identifiable in a photo, the entrant warrants that that person is aged 18 or over or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Photos must be no larger than 5MB and in a JPEG, PNG or BMP format.

11. Conditions of Valid Entry:

• Entrants must provide Name, Entrants phone number and Entrants email address, postal address, occupation and age.
• Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is based on a separate Asset.
• Each entry must be received during the Promotion Period.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
• The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks, lines or the Internet and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.

12. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

13. For each valid entry completed, entrants will be eligible to win:

• A. The 'Fortnightly' prize draw consisting of one Beauty Feet and one Duo Collagen Mask; and
• B. The 'Grand Prize" Draw consisting of Gucci bag
• C. Entrants are encouraged to invite friends to vote for their entry/entries. Voters may Vote for an Entrant's Asset via the website. In order to record a Vote, Voters are required to complete the Voters entry form on the website, including the provision of a unique email address and other personal details.

14. Entrants who win are obliged to pay for postage quoted by promoter depending on winners' location.

15. The competition consists of 2 (two) separate prize categories, including:

• A. 1 x Grand Prize Draw (Gucci Bag)
• B. 12 x Fortnight Prize Draws (One Beauty Feet & One Duo Collagen Mask)

16. Entries not fully complying with these conditions of entry or the Asset Upload Terms may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

17. By entering this promotion, the entrant warrants that their photo complies with all requirements specified in the Asset Upload Terms.

18. The Promoter may (but is not obliged to) at any time reject and/or remove from access by the public or invalidate any entry that it considers (in its sole judgment) infringes these terms, the Asset Upload Terms or for any other reason. The Promoter will have no liability to entrants in that regard.

19. If for any reason a winner does not redeem or refuses to pay for the cost of postage, the prize or an element of the prize, by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.

20. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

21. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other goods and services.

22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, text and copy, image in the event they are a winner (including photograph) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products supplied by the Promoter.

Prize Draws

Prizes are subject to availability and BeautWise Pty Ltd reserve the right to alter the prize if necessary. Prize winners automatically accept all these Terms and Conditions when receiving and accepting any prize. Prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable and redeemable for cash or any other goods and services.

Fortnightly Prize Draws

23. At 00:00am (AEST) on 15 / 29 Sep, 13 / 27 Oct, 10 / 24 Nov, 8 / 22 Dec, 5 / 19 Jan, 2 / 16 Feb during the Competition Period, a valid entry will be drawn at random from all Asset entries in the competition during the preceding months. Winners will be referred to as having won a 'Fortnightly Prize Draw'. There are two prizes available each month during the Promotion Period which will consist of one Beauty Feet Pack and one Duo Collagen mask worth $69.95 (inc GST).

24. Winners of Fortnightly Prize Draws will be notified in writing via email to the appointed email address provided when entering.

Grand Prize Draw

25. 15^th April 2011 at 2.00pm AEST, a valid entry will be selected as the winner based on the number of votes by all voters in the competition during the promotion period. In instances where the entry is at a tie the grand prize winner will be selected based on the discretion on the promoter. The Grand Prize Winner will be referred to as having won the 'Grand Prize'. There is one prize available which will consist of Gucci Bag valued at up to $1,000 (inc GST).

26. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

27. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, BeautWise Pty Ltd. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

38. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
